What our clients say

I was really struggling with my son’s behaviour, especially at school, and felt completely lost. Bespoke Mental Health Care helped me understand what my son might be feeling and gave me the tools to support him while we wait for an assessment. Thanks to their guidance, school life has improved a lot — we still have tough days, but things are so much better.

I have enjoyed how this (Nurturing Touch Programme) has helped me to interact with my kids. Although I was a bit sceptical at first, my kids have enjoyed this, they feel relaxed and my youngest son (6), who has sleeping difficulties has been settling at bedtimes.

Just wanted to say how much of a difference your assessment has made for [child/teenager]. School has been brilliant with support, and we've made changes at home too. He's much calmer and happier now that he understands himself better and feels supported. It's transformed our family life — thank you so much, you're amazing.

Bespoke Mental Health Care have worked effectively with our Looked After Child and are recommended as they communicate so well and support the foster carer. The child has now received diagnosis and is improving in concentration and attention. There are less placement problems raised due to the foster carer feeling well-supported.

Frequently Asked Questions

Therapy is a structured conversation with a trained professional designed to help you manage your mental health needs, to work towards good emotional wellbeing, to understand yourself better, and make meaningful changes in your life.

Sessions range from £65 to £95 depending on whether you are an adult, child, family. You can enquire about exact prices when you contact us. We will have to ask some detail to establish what type of therapy you will be requiring.

Each session is 50-minutes long. Everyone comes with their own needs to explore, so the duration of time you may choose to spend in therapy is variable. Short-term therapy (focused on specific issues) generally lasts around 6-12 sessions. Long-term therapy (often about deeper or recurring personal patterns) can continue for months or even several years. Therapy doesn’t have to last forever, but it’s flexible enough to give you support for as long as you find it useful. Most people will attend weekly initially, some come fortnightly. This will be discussed with your therapist when you first meet them. Some people choose to access therapy as a lifestyle-maintenance with the odd session here and there, once they have moved into a healthier emotional safety.

It’s normal to be nervous. This first sessions help you decide if the therapy is an approach you can trust and work comfortably with. Remember that your therapist is professionally trained to support you and guide you through this time. Keep in mind that all of our therapists maintain confidentiality and nonjudgmental attitudes. All of our therapists are specialists in helping you through this time.
We also have some videos and images of our therapy environments, this can be very helpful when putting your mind at ease.

Yes we offer both of these options. Some people will choose face-to-face when they can, but then opt for online to ensure they can attend in a busy schedule. Please discuss your preference when you contact us.

Specialties are valuable, particularly for specific concerns and a range of traumas. Our specialists have additional training in many areas, offering targeted and precise methods. When you contact us, we will discuss your circumstances and book you an assessment session to talk very specifically to your therapist.

"As a Child-Centred Practitioner, I have developed clear understanding that sadly, many children do not thrive, whether in school or at home and that a clear fact is that parenting, teaching and working with children, can bring a lot of pressure in today’s age, which requires support and encouragement."
